commit to installing working automatic drip irrigation systems at these locations by May 21st, 2011.
I will coordinate details with the Business Improvement Association with regards to the number of baskets
per location, secure hooks placement, and system placement details.

The BIA will provide me with a rebate of $300 for each functioning system properly installed by May 21st, 2011.
This rebate will be made payable to the registered property owner as its name appears on the Municipality of
North Cowichan’s tax roll along with the corresponding mailing address.
The rebate will be sent out during the month of June, 2011.
